Important: FrontierPioneer is a free-to-play social entertainment platform platform. No real money is staked, deposited, or paid out at any time. All credits are virtual tokens with zero monetary value. By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. The Service

FrontierPioneer provides a web-based play game simulation called TOP SCORE LADDER at emblemvale.com. The game features a 5×3 column grid, six cartoon forest character symbols, and an acorn-collection ladder mechanic with four prize tiers. All game outcomes are produced by a client-side pseudorandom number generator and are for entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to access FrontierPioneer.
• You must be located in, or a resident of, Ontario, Canada, or a jurisdiction where free social entertainment platform play is not restricted.
• You confirm that you are accessing the site for personal entertainment and not on behalf of another person.

3. Virtual Credits

All credits displayed on FrontierPioneer are virtual tokens ("Credits"). Credits:

• Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any benefit of value.
• Are stored entirely in your browser's localStorage and are not held by FrontierPioneer on any server.
• Can be reset at any time by pressing the in-game RESET button or clearing your browser data.
• Will be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use a private/incognito window.

FrontierPioneer reserves the right to change credit amounts, stake sizes, and virtual prize values at any time without notice.

4. TOP SCORE LADDER Mechanic

Each play of TOP SCORE LADDER costs 10 Credits. The game generates a 5×3 grid outcome using a client-side pseudorandom number generator (Math.random()). Theoretical RTP is 95.4%. The ladder mechanic awards bonus Credits at the following virtual milestones:

• 3 acorns: Bronze tier — +20 virtual Credits.
• 6 acorns: Silver tier — +100 virtual Credits.
• 10 acorns: Gold tier — +500 virtual Credits.
• 15 acorns: Platinum Grand — +2,000 virtual Credits. Ladder resets to zero.

Landing a Lucky Mushroom symbol anywhere on the grid doubles the acorn haul for that play. None of these outcomes have any monetary value.

All content on this site — including game artwork, CSS styling, JavaScript logic, text, and imagery — is the property of FrontierPioneer and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Openmoji-licensed emoji are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FrontierPioneer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Because no real money is involved, any interruption or loss of virtual game state causes no financial harm.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, FrontierPioneer and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Because all credits are virtual, no claim for financial loss is possible.

8. Responsible Play

Even though FrontierPioneer involves no real money, we take responsible play seriously. Free social entertainment platform games can still develop into habitual behaviour. Please set personal session limits, take breaks, and consult the resources on our Forest Care page if you feel your play patterns are causing concern.
